This site runs one form and no advertising trackers. Everything below describes what that form does.
What is collected
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, company or property, email address, phone number, property type, the surfaces you describe, and any photos or floor plans you attach. Nothing is collected from you anywhere else on this site.
Why it is collected
To reply to your request, price the work, and keep a record of what was discussed. That is the whole purpose. Your details are not sold, rented, or traded, and they are not used to build an advertising profile.
Who processes it
The form is delivered by Netlify, the hosting provider for this site, which stores submissions on its servers and forwards them by email. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files.
How long it is kept
Quote requests are kept while the enquiry is active and for as long as we need them for our business records. Ask and we will delete yours.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
Your request
To see, correct, or delete anything you have sent, email contact@surfacebyrod.com or call 754.244.0730. If you are a Florida resident, state law may give you further rights over your personal information, and we will honour those requests through the same address.
